I. Warranty Service
Warranty period
Standard product: 6 months from the date of customer's signature for receipt.
Customized products: According to the customized agreement, for special working condition products, the period can be negotiated to be extended to 8 months.
Warranty coverage
Free replacement or repair services are provided for seal failure caused by material defects or manufacturing process issues of the product itself (such as cracking, excessive wear, and substandard sealing performance, etc.).
Free technical support is provided during the warranty period to assist in troubleshooting usage issues not caused by product quality reasons.
Non-warranty situation
Damage caused by improper installation or usage environment beyond the rated range of the product (such as over-temperature, over-pressure, contact with incompatible media, etc.); Faults caused by human cutting, modification or failure to maintain in accordance with the instructions;
The situation where there is no purchase voucher or the product batch information is ambiguous.
II. Return and Exchange Policy
Return conditions
Within 7 days after the product is signed for, if it is not used and the packaging is intact (not affecting secondary sales), a return can be applied for, and the round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
If the product is returned due to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by us and a full refund will be provided.
Exchange conditions
Within 15 days after signing for the goods, if there are problems such as size errors or incorrect model delivery of the products, we will replace them with products of the same specification free of charge.
The customized product is unusable due to our design error. We will re-produce and replace it free of charge.
Processing flow
Customers can submit problem descriptions, product photos and purchase vouchers through the customer service hotline or email.
The review and confirmation will be completed within 24 hours. After reaching an agreement, the return, exchange or repair will be completed within 7 days.
III. After-sales Guarantee
Dedicated connection: Equipped with a dedicated after-sales consultant to follow up on the entire process of problem handling;
Emergency Response: For major quality issues (such as batch seal failure), technicians will be arranged to conduct on-site inspections within 48 hours.
