Scheme Design

The technical team assesses the feasibility, matches materials (such as oil-resistant rubber, food-grade silicone), designs a structural plan and provides a quotation.
Sample Confirmation
03. Sample Confirmation
Sample production will be completed within 3 to 5 days. The customer will test the performance (sealing property, dimensional accuracy) and provide feedback on any modifications.
Mass Production
04. Mass Production
After the samples are confirmed, production is scheduled according to the order quantity. During production, process parameters are monitored in real time to ensure consistency.
Quality Inspection and Delivery
05. Quality Inspection and Delivery
Finished products undergo full inspection (including pressure resistance, temperature resistance tests, etc.), with inspection reports attached for shipment. After-sales technical support is provided.
